Donald Trump, like everyone else, has noticed the decline of our military and has made it his mission to fix it. He will make sure that the LGBT-heavy, DEI-obsessed influence which has made it a joke in the world, is cast out as soon as he becomes president. In its place, real leaders, who can whip it back into form and restore it to respect, will be put into power.
He’ll make the military a place worth returning to.
Trump has released a video that makes this point with no holds barred. To make his point, Trump uses clips from Stanley Kubrick’s “Full Metal Jacket” to show people how he will run his military. A serious, efficient killing force that trains warriors. The ad contrasts this with clips of the current state of the military which shows a lot of soldiers disrespecting their uniforms by transforming themselves into drag queens as well as Rachel Levine calling the summer of pride.

Leftists, who believe that they own all the arts, slammed the advertisement for using a film that shows the horrors and violence of war to argue for the empowerment of the military. They point out Vincent D’Onofrio’s Pvt. Pyle and his suicide due to the mental pain he endured at the hands of R. Lee Ermey’s Gny. Sgt. Hartman as a means to show that Trump did not understand the purpose of the film.
Then, something amazing happened.
Vivian Kubrick is the daughter of Stanley Kubrick. She dropped a bomb and said that her father was a Reagan fan. He would have agreed with the ad because a strong military force is necessary to achieve peace.
Here’s my opinion: I agree that an antiwar film is inconsistent with promoting a tough, non-woke US Military and therefore war itself. However, these are dangerous and strange times. Using this footage is probably pure expedience.
The irony isn’t lost on Trump and his team, as Trump is always trying to end wars using peaceful methods. FMJ is primarily about the complex and shocking paradoxes that exist in human nature.
On this tooth-and-claw planet, you’ll need a strong military. I’m sticking with the idea that FMJ was used because it gave a powerful, realistic depiction of boot camp. This contrasted with the demoralizing and inappropriate, injection of WOKE into the US military. This is something I would agree with and I am sure my father would too.
My father, who supported Reagan, would be very happy to see America and the entire world saved from the destructive Globalist forces that threaten to overtake this planet. If that footage from FMJ can help Trump to make the point that the US military needs well-trained, focused, dedicated, warriors and not the demoralizing effect of wokeism and attract people to join just to get their sexual reassignments covered, then Trump will have my blessing.
Knowing my father well, I am confident that he understood the paradoxical nature of human nature! This explains why he was a passionate gun owner (for self-defense, not hunting), even though he was making anti-war movies!
My father was a man of great integrity. His movies are unimpeachable proof of his respect for life. On that basis, I am confident he’d be a Trump fan and would forgive him for using FMJ incongruously if it helped the cause of liberty!
Capisce?
TO THOSE WHO THINK MY FATHER WOULDN’T HAVE WANTED #TRUMP TO USE FMJ FOOTAGE

This statement is not without truth. Reagan’s “peace by strength” policy is something Trump also cultivated. Trump only slammed the hammer down on certain people when he felt the war was approaching. This kept America from getting involved in any new wars. Trump became the anti-war candidate in the current generation.
Kubrick is right.
I’ve noticed that the left has been remarkably quiet about X. Kubrick, however, has been hammered by the left for expressing opinions that they didn’t agree with in recent years. The Daily Beast, on the other hand, called her “far-right” and an “anti-vax propagandist.” They accused her of antisemitism because she used the term “globalists” to describe Bill Gates and other people. The Daily Beast called this a “Hitlerian slur.”
They’ll likely try to dismiss this as Kubrick being crazy, but it’s clear she’s not the most insane person in Hollywood.
It’s clear that Trump’s use of “Full Metal Jacket”, is right on target, and that the left does not fully grasp the concept of cultivating the strength to achieve peace.
