What is the current state of tension between Kamala Harris and Joe Biden? All signs indicate that tensions between Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are high. What Harris’s spokesman Ian Sams told reporters when asked about the matter could be taken as a confirmation.
Sams, who appeared on Fox News alongside Neil Cavuto to discuss the issue of climate change, refused to address concerns. He deflected the question to Donald Trump and Mike Pence, before again deflecting when it was repeated.

SAMS: Well, I think, first and foremost, when you think about tensions between a president and vice president, you’ve got to think about January 6th when President Trump let his supporters chant, “Hang Mike Pence,” and Mike Pence doesn’t even support President Trump’s campaign…
CAVUTO: I understand that Ian, but to answer my question, is there tension now between Kamala Harris and Joe Biden?
SAMS: Well, look, I think that when Vice President Harris is out there on the stump, and she’s answering voter questions, and she’s answering questions from reporters like Bret and yourself every day, she’s answering the question to say, “I’m running as my candidate.”
There’s no easier job for a spokesperson. Sams has two chances to say “No, the president supports the vice-president fully.” We get the predictable mention of the 6th, followed by another deflection that Harris is “her candidate.”
Sams’ refusal to deny the quotes, which included those from the Harris camp and were reported in the media, speaks volumes.

Biden is Biden actively trying to harm Harris’ campaign? He has taken a casual approach to how his actions and statements affect Harris’ campaign. I wouldn’t go as far as that, but he doesn’t seem to care. When allowed to support her preferred narrative, that she was her “own candidate,” he has tied her to his policy. He has also undercut her recent attacks on Ron DeSantis by using a storm as a prop to make her look like she is a liar.
It’s easy to see what is happening behind the scenes. Biden feels betrayed. He has said this in no uncertain words several times. Harris may have tried to distance herself from the backstabbing, but she was the one that benefited. Biden is not fooled by her senility. He knows she was involved in the plot that forced him to drop out of the race.
I don’t understand why the Harris campaign will not just dismiss all of this. They have lied about other things, too. Sams could have easily said no to Cavuto. They are afraid of leaks, which could undermine their credibility if they deny what everyone knows.
