Project Veritas released a leaked FBI document on Thursday regarding “election crime.” This was a list containing potential offenses that will be investigated by the Bureau on social media during the run-up to the midterm election.

This document lists crimes related to election interference, campaign finance, voter/ballot theft, and other criminal activities. The most notable aspect of the document was its mention of “misinformation,” which the Bureau defines as “false, misleading information that has been spread incorrectly or unintentionally.”

This would not be a problem under normal circumstances. This type of conduct has been prosecuted by law enforcement since inception.

The FBI’s website states that “[b]ad actors might provide misleading information about time, method, or place to vote,” which could include “inaccurate elections dates or false claims regarding voting qualifications or methods such as false information suggesting one can vote by text.”

Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman were two right-wing grifters who were caught in a robocall scheme to suppress votes from swing states during 2020. They were primarily concerned with black voters who tend to vote for Democrats.

Two men were charged with arranging for a voice broadcasting service to make approximately 85,000 robocalls in predominantly Black neighborhoods of Ohio, Michigan and New York during the period leading up to the 2020 general elections. Prosecutors claimed that the two men were responsible for making 3,500 calls to Cleveland and East Cleveland residents.

These calls misled potential voters by stating that mail-in ballots could potentially be used by law enforcement to collect outstanding debts and enforce arrest warrants. They also suggested that these voters could be tracked by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in order to make them take the COVID-19 vaccine.

These are obviously the kinds of scams most people would like the FBI to end. However, in an age where the Bureau and Justice Department are openly politicized the use of “misinformation” should raise eyebrows.

Since the 2016 election of Donald Trump, the FBI has been a political apparatus. We know all about the Russia collusion hoax and Spygate scandals, in which the Bureau played an important role. They are now targeting the former president, and his associates.

They are also clearly pro-choice in the abortion debate. Pro-life activists were arrested for alleged “crimes” that they committed more than one year ago. The FBI has not yet arrested anyone for the vandalism and firebombings that were perpetrated against pro-life groups.

I have prime Idaho oceanfront property for sale if anyone thinks the FBI can’t use these laws to target individuals for their opinions or criticisms on social networking. We have learned that “misinformation” can be defined as: “Any opinion, viewpoint or argument that is not liked by the left.”

It is obvious that the Bureau is in the pockets of left-wing politicians at this point. We can only assume that this is their operating definition. Let’s all hope that I am wrong.
