WWE star Liv Morgan – whose real name, is Gionna Daddio – was arrested in Florida Thursday on charges of possessing marijuana, according to arrest records.
A Sumter County deputy pulled Daddio over Thursday evening after Morgan’s vehicle was reported to have crossed over yellow and white lines.
According to Villages-News, a small bag of pot was found in a car, along with a vape pen containing an oily substance that tested positive for marijuana.
According to public records, she was charged with possessing marijuana (not exceeding 20 grams) as well as possessing a synthetic cannabinoid.
Daddio, who was arrested in Sumter County and released on $3,000 bond, was booked at the jail.
WWE has not commented on the arrest.
Daddio was a former SmackDown Women’s Champion. She won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in early 2023 with Raquel Rodriquez.
Daddio was recently sidelined by a shoulder injury.
“Yeah. I’ve spoken to Liv, she is doing well.” Rodriguez told The Dallas Morning News that she is recovering very well. She’s in good spirits and she’s eager to return. I do not have a date for her return. We are all waiting for her. We all miss her so much.”
“I’m excited about that. It seems like the time has flown by, and I’m sure she is doing well. So, I’d assume that she would be back sooner than later. Probably before we can even imagine.”
