A Manhattan indictment, which was revealed on Monday, charges Dr. Gal Luft, who provided key testimony to the House Republicans’ investigation into the Biden Crime Family. The charges include weapons trafficking and acting as a Chinese lobbyist without registration.

According to the indictment Luft agreed to “recruit and educate” a former US senior official who would make public remarks’ in China’s interest.

Luft claims the case against him is a political move to stop him from testifying before the House Oversight Committee about payments made by people connected to Chinese military intelligence to Biden’s wife and children. Luft also says that the Bidens had a mole in the FBI who gave classified information to Chinese nationals working at the CCP-controlled China Energy Fund Committee.

Luft told the Post she was being chased by the people who informed her of the possible security breach. She could be forced to live her entire life on the run.

Ho was a former Hong Kong official and the head of the China Energy Fund Committee, the non-governmental arm of CEFC China Energy, with offices in Hong Kong, Virginia, and elsewhere.

It is believed that in late 2015, CEFC China Energy Chairman Ye Jianming and Executive Director Jianjun Zang had their first meeting with Hunter Biden.

A little more than $5 million was wired to Biden’s account in August 2017.

Ho hired Hunter Biden as his lawyer in the month following. According to Luft, during Ho’s trial, prosecutors removed all references to Hunter, his family, and associate VukJeremic. VukJeremic is a CEFC Board member, former Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs, and ex-President of the United Nations General Assembly.

Ho was convicted on March 25, 2019, and sentenced to three years in prison. Following his prison term, he was deported. “Days later, Luft says, he met with six FBI and Justice Department officials in Brussels and told them the extent of the Biden connection with CEFC,” the Post reports. “Among his claims was that the conglomerate was paying $100,000 a month to Hunter and $65,000 to first brother Jim Biden, in exchange for their FBI connections and use of the Biden name to promote China’s Belt and Road Initiative around the world — and that the money was being funneled through another Biden family associate, Rob Walker.”

Luft stated that Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and officials from the CEFC were present at a meeting held in Washington, D.C., early in 2017. Walker has confirmed this sighting. Luft mentioned that Hunter’s FBI source, “One Eye”, had informed Chinese businessmen Ho & Ye about their investigation. Ye, on the other hand, hasn’t been seen since he was arrested by Chinese authorities in 2018.

In response to DOJ’s last week indictment, Luft said that he paid former CIA Director James Woolsey $6,000 a month to have his name on an article he wrote for China Daily. He added, “Why am I facing indictment…for ghostwriting a harmless piece for which I did not receive any payment, and even less, from a foreign nation, while the Bidens systematic influence peddling for other governments, for which they earned millions, goes unpunished?”
