Want to Avoid the ICU for COVID? Take One Little Pill


Individuals have the ability to decide whether they wish to receive multiple boosters or a COVID vaccine. They can better assess their own risks and the benefits of any mandate from a company or government.

Before we go on, understand that I’m one of those crazy million supplements-a-day people. We’ll get to that later, but for now, let’s take a look at the science behind vitamin d and COVID.

This describes science. Now, let me tell you about my personal experience with D and other supplements.

My health has been good. To lower my cholesterol, I take Synthroid every day. These are my only prescription drugs. This is quite impressive for someone like me, 53 years old.

I still get the winter cold every winter, sometimes with severe rashes. The flu shots are only 60% effective in good years, so I believe I am just right.

We have been experiencing a global pandemic over the past three years, and I have not experienced a cold or flu in the last two years.

I was double-jabbed with Pfizer vaccination in April and May 2021. However, we now know that the risks of getting the virus are higher than originally reported. I have not been boosted.

I have never had COVID symptoms.

Twice I thought that the odds were against me and that I would catch a serious virus. Twice By dinnertime, the morning feeling that “Man I’m going down with the flu” had disappeared.

I take many supplements, even though I stated that I only took two prescription medications.

I follow the following daily routine:

  • Essential A-E vitamins and K
  • Turmeric & Curcumin
  • I take half-dosage Resveratrol because I drink a lot of red wine high in antioxidants.
  • Nicotinamide
  • Quercetin
  • Fish oil
  • Zinc plus copper

I take five grams of C daily and double the zinc when I feel the urge.

My wife and two of my sons are the only ones who don’t take lysine. I’m not a cave dweller and have to be exposed to insects.

Lysine can also be purchased at an affordable $8 per 100-day supply.

Vitamin D can help lower the chance that you will be hospitalized with COVID or other respiratory infections.

It might be worth it.
