Search Warrant and Property Receipt From Mar-a-Lago Raid Released

Human Events obtained a copy the search warrant as well as the property receipt for the raid at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. The warrant requires a thorough search of the property.

Three days prior to the raid, Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart signed the search warrant.

Agents were instructed to seize all physical documents and records that could be used as evidence, contraband, or fruits of crime, in violation of the law.

Any physical documents that have classification markings. Also, any containers/boxes (including other contents) in which such document are located.

Information, including communications, about the retrieval, storage or transmission of national defence information or classified materials; All government and/or presidential records created between January 20 2017 and December 20, 2017.

The search did not include guest suites at Mar-a-Lago.

At 6:19 p.m. on the day of raid, Christina Bobb, Trump’s attorney signed the receipt. Roger Stone was granted clemency, information about him, and various classified/TS/SCI documents. There were also Top Secret and Top Secret items. Agents also confiscated a number of binders containing photographs and personal notes.
