Jen Psaki, former White House press secretary, would not confirm if President Joe Biden will run for reelection in 2024.

After the new year, Psaki will be starting a new career as a host for NBC News’s Peacock streaming platform. She simply replied, “Honestly, it’s not my call to make.”

“My experience working with him was very positive — he’s ready for the job. She said that it was up to the public to elect him or nominate him. “No one knows this, and that’s what I am trying to prove.”

Psaki noted that Biden was the only Democrat who “beat Donald Trump” and has “a record to continue running.”

Psaki stated that she was a high-ranking Biden administration official and that she now reports on what is happening at the White House.

She said, “Sometimes people have questioned me on set — I assume if that makes sense on Election Night, they would, also — what’s going on in the White House right now?” What do I bring to this table? I have contacts from over 20 years in Washington, which includes people in the current administration.

Psaki’s remarks raise questions about Biden’s replacement on the Democratic ticket in 2024, particularly considering his age.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT), were all considered primary challengers for Biden in next year’s election.

New reports indicate that Trump may announce another bid for White House in the near future, if his endorsed candidates win their races Tuesday.
