According to video footage, MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle collapsed on the red carpet of an after-party following the White House correspondent’s dinner on Saturday.

Ruhle walked close to her fellow reporter Symone Townsend. She was posing for a photo when she collapsed. Her head and back were completely flattened onto the carpet. As seen in the video by TMZ, her arms were spread above her head and gasps from the crowd could be heard.

She laid flat on the floor for only a few moments before she quickly sprung back up. The onlookers were horrified by the incident and seemed to be concerned about her safety. Ruhle attended an after-party at the residence of the French ambassador in Washington, D.C. that took place immediately following the White House correspondent’s dinner. People were reported to be dancing and enjoying themselves while taking advantage of the networking opportunities.

TMZ reported that Ruhle had fallen at around 1 a.m.

Ruhle was helped back up to her feet and appeared relatively unharmed after the ordeal.
