Since the Capitol Riot, Republicans have received non-stop pious lectures from Democrats and their allies, the mainstream media, as well as the NeverTrump “right” about how it’s undemocratic to undermine and delegitimize the “sacred institution” of the Supreme Court and Congress in America.
Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee reminded Democrats this week, during a hearing on the so-called “Supreme Court Ethics Reform,” that it was Democrats who were guilty of the most serious offenses. This includes repeated smear campaigns – coordinated at a high level – against conservative members of the court such as Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch.
As we reported previously, Sen. John Kennedy, R-La. The fire was aimed at Sen. Chuck Schumer, the Democratic Party’s majority leader (N.Y.), and his previous threats on record against conservative Supreme Court Justices.
The Democratic Leader stated, “You have unleashed the whirlwind.” Infuriated, protestors flooded the streets, but not outside Congress or the Court. Outside the homes, the homes. Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh. Justice Thomas and Justice Barrett. This intimidation is prohibited by federal law. The Biden Justice Department, however, allowed it.
The Democratic Leader stated, “You will pay for it.” In this spirit, angry protesters published the location of Justice Barrett’s school.
“You won’t know what hit you,” the Democratic Leader said. A man with a gun, ammunition, knife, pepper spray, and zip ties went to a justice’s home to assassinate him. Actually, his stated goal was to murder three justices.
Kennedy was not the only one. Sens. Josh Hawley, R-Mo. Ted Cruz (R Texas) and Josh Hawley (R Missouri) both criticized Democrats for mudslinging Justices. They also called out something that would make the media and Dems howl at the moon if the parties had been reversed. That is, the Democrats’ threats to cut the Supreme Court budget security funding because they refused to play games with Dems in the Judiciary Committee.
Hawley explains in the clip below that Democrats, including some from the Judiciary Committee, threatened to cut funding despite the fact that “credible threats were made” against three Justices last summer during the “protests”, with a man arrested and charged for an attempted assassination on Justice Brett Kavanaugh. This was an attempt to influence their decision about whether or not they would overturn Roe.
Hawley also pointed out that, despite U.S. Code being illegal for such conduct, no arrests had been made to date on the “protesters”, who continue to harass the Justices in their homes.

As we have already mentioned, Cruz gave Democrats an earful. In a longer video clip, Cruz drew attention to the fact that Democrats seem willing to “threaten the lives” of Supreme Court justices who refuse the partisan antics of committee members who deliberately try to “delegitimize the court”.
Cruz continued to call the situation “disgraceful” and said that “every senator who signed” the letter threatening to cut funding should feel “embarrassed”, as should the media, he added. He compared the incident to Clarence Thomas’ 1991 lynching by then-Sen. Joe Biden, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, along with the other Democrats in the committee.

Cruz, Hawley, and Kennedy, along with most of the other GOP Senators know what is going on. They shouldn’t allow the Democrat apologist fact-checkers, like those from the Washington Post, to stop them.
When Democrats fail to win the battle of ideas, they know their only option is to destroy institutions that we are supposed to respect to “save them”. It is for this reason that it is so important that Republicans choose a candidate who will work unapologetically to stop these movements in the courtroom of public opinion before it’s already too late to undo any damage that has been done.
