Although the Biden administration falsely claimed that illegal alien crossings decreased in January, it was distracting attention from another aspect of the southern frontier crisis. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), released 564 criminals illegals from detention to be brought into America in the first 30 Days of 2023. Because the Biden administration isn’t concerned at all about Americans’ safety.

Breitbart explained new data from Immigration and Customs Enforcement that highlights the horrible realities of the Biden immigration crisis. Between January 1 and 30, 2023, 564 illegal aliens were released by the DHS “with criminal convictions or those with pending criminal cases against them” into the U.S. Interior. Between December 2022 and January 30, 2023, almost 1,000 illegal alien convicts were freed into America. There were also over 1,200 illegals facing pending criminal charges. This makes approximately 2,200 criminals convicted or charged. Keep in mind that Democrats will next claim that they want gun confiscation – I mean gun control – because they care about the safety of the American people.

Breitbart reports that most illegal alien criminals who were released in January were granted an “order of recognizance.” In the first 30 days of 2023, the DHS released 5,590 illegal aliens into the United States. Most of these illegal aliens will return to the American communities where they were arrested first by ICE agents. This makes it seem quite pointless to arrest them.

Between December and January, the DHS released approximately 26,000 illegal immigrants into the U.S. Official numbers of illegals fell this month due to a new Biden administration program that allows thousands of illegals to obtain legitimized status each month before they enter the country.

Breitbart stated that the Biden administration “seeks to undermine interior immigration enforcement” by implementing “sanctuary countries” policies. These policies protect the majority of America’s illegal immigrants, who now number between 11 million to 22 million. The Biden DHS cut deportation of illegal aliens in U.S. communities by nearly 90% in 2022, compared to 2019, while arrests for illegal aliens in the U.S. fell by more than 70%.

Since Biden’s election in 2021, approximately two million people who had crossed the U.S. Border were allowed to enter the country.
