Biden-flation Hits Hard: Prices Soar by 17.6% Since President Biden Took Office

Recent estimates put the price rise since Joe Biden became president at 17.6%. Joe’s claim that inflation is down is false. You are still paying more for necessities.

Even on right-leaning sites, there is a deceptive wordplay that says inflation has decreased. The statement is misleading because the actual rate of inflation has slowed. The rate of inflation has not slowed, but it is supposedly slower. Over time, we all pay more. The Biden administration should care as much for American citizens as they do about illegal immigrants.

Fox Business provided the latest estimates of the staggering rise in the prices of different necessities. This context was needed to support Joe Biden’s claim that the December report on inflation was good news for American consumers. Fox Business reported in an article published on Jan. 12, that food prices have increased by 33.7% under the Biden Administration since the start of 2021.

Do you feel the financial pinch at the gas pump? Fox reported that energy prices have increased by 32.8%. Shelter costs have increased by 18.7%. Biden’s economy may be beneficial for the ultra-rich but is harmful for most Americans.

Fox Business also had numbers to counter the White House propaganda

The [December] report revealed that the consumer price indices, which are a measure of prices for everyday items such as gasoline, groceries, and rent, increased by 0.3% from the previous months. Prices rose 3.4% overall from the same period last year…

Although inflation has dropped from 9.1% in June 2022, this is still well above the Federal Reserve’s 2% target. Prices are 17.6% higher than in January 2021, just before the inflation crisis started.

Fox’s claim that inflation had “fallen considerably” was misleading. As I mentioned above, the rate of inflation has slowed. Fox provided some helpful estimates on how much Bidenomics costs the average American household each month.

Fox reported that the average U.S. household had to pay $211 more monthly in December 2023 compared to 2022. If you compare the increase in December 2023 to the same period in 2021, the average household will have to pay $1,020 extra per month.

We hope Americans will keep inflation in mind when they vote this November. Bidenomics is killing the country.
