The assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump will be investigated. There are questions as to how the shooter managed to reach the president from a roof, despite all roofs being checked and secured.
Trump was shot through the ear. Corey Comperatore, a rally attendee, was fatally wounded after he shielded his daughter and wife from the bullets. Two other people were also critically injured. The two individuals are now reported to be in stable condition.
We reported that people warned about the “guy on the roof” even before he fired a shot. This witness was upset and was trying to alert the police. He claimed he tried to alert the police for several minutes.

He asked, and this is a great question, why the Secret Service wasn’t on the roof in the first place.
The video shows people screaming that the man was armed seconds before shots were fired.

Two law enforcement officials claim that rallygoers saw a man climb to the top of a nearby structure and alerted local police before shots were fired.
Crooks pointed his rifle toward the local officer. The officer retreated down the ladder and Crooks fired at Trump. Secret Service snipers then shot him.
If true, this is extremely concerning. We need to know the truth. Why didn’t the cop respond more if he was there confronting the gunman? Why did the cop retreat down the ladder and allow the shooter to fire at Trump?
The report states that the shooter only “took one shot” when, according to some reports, the shooter fired multiple shots. This report does not explain the discrepancy.
Where was the Secret Service then? Why would a local police officer climb a ladder? The counter-sniper was able to take out the shooter in the end.
Many questions. Trump is lucky to still be alive. Maybe because he turned to show the illegal immigration diagram. As we can see from the pictures taken by NY Times photographer Doug Mills, it was incredibly providential.
We will hopefully learn more during the investigation. We’ll have to know how long it took before someone pointed it out. And why did they not move Trump from the stage?
