Caitlin Bernard’s story, an abortionist who was also a left-wing media spokesperson, is still roiling with controversy. She used Bernard’s child as a support for their July abortion narrative. She claims she violated the privacy of her patient and spoke with the media, but did not report the crime to Indiana authorities.

We believe that Ohio child welfare, Ohio Police and Ohio Police allowed the child’s abuser to return to the home. Telemundo was informed by neighbors that Gerson Fuentes lived at this address with her mother.

According to the Columbus Dispatch “Columbus police were made aware of the girl’s pregnancy by Franklin County Children Services’ referral on June 22, Det. Jeffrey Huhn attended Fuentes’ arraignment Wednesday morning.

Telemundo spoke to the mother and confirmed that she had not reported the rape. Telemundo also confirmed that the mother was in a relationship with Fuentes and visited Fuentes’ house where the victim lives. Telemundo also interviewed the mother to confirm that she did not report the rape. Only a conviction will allow the records to be released.

The child was not taken from her home by the police or social services after she was found to be pregnant. Every nurse we spoke to said that protocol required that the child be taken into custody by the social service and hospital until further investigation is conducted.

In Indiana, new evidence that cites court transcripts suggests Dr. Bernard and Indiana University Hospital may have released the child to Rokita after she performed the abortion. Ohio child services might have been negligent. New information contained in the complaint supports this. Bernard failed to protect the child by not allowing Indiana police the opportunity to take her into Indiana custody. Rokita’s complaint contains all details.

Respondent [Bernard] filed an Indiana Department of Health terminated pregnant report on July 2, 2022. He emailed DCS with the TPR form at 3:59 PM on July 2, 20,22. He stated that the case had been filed in Ohio through DCS. On July 2, 2020, Ohio law enforcement traveled to Indianapolis to collect the evidence of “product from conception”.

Respondent [Bernard] discovered the Ohio patient two weeks after IndyStar’s article was published. He knocked on her door that day with a set of video cameras. ”

The respondent didn’t notify any DCS or Indiana local authorities about child abuse that she had discovered before the email at 3:59 PM on July 2, 2022.

The Respondent left the child’s custody and the child returned to Ohio. According to information and belief, the child remained in the house with her alleged rapist

This is critical if accurate.

Fuentes was refused bond by an Ohio judge due to “the traumatic psychological effects of having to travel in another state as a consequence of his rape, the trauma of being ten years old and pregnant, and having to drive across the United States. This entire incident in the child’s life has become a national topic, to the point that the President of the United States refers to it. According to the Court, “the trauma is enough to make sure that the child isn’t around the alleged defendant. ”

If the child was under state custody, the judge would not have made such a statement. Foster care placements are confidential, and parents won’t know where their child is.

Ohio DCS kept their identities a secret and refused comment. The mother clearly abused the child while she was in her care.

Rokita claimed that Bernard used her patient without her consent to gain political notoriety.

Respondent has repeatedly spoken to the media to protest the lack of coverage of her patient’s private life since the publication of the IndyStar article on July 1, 2012.

Respondent wrote an article for the Washington Post around July 24, 2022.

The respondent was interviewed on July 27, 2022, by CBS Evening News about the abortion performed on her child, and the consequences for leaking that information.

The respondent was highlighted by the New York Times, on July 28, 2022.

The respondent was interviewed by CNN on August 5, 2022.

She was featured by Vanity Fair in its October 12, 2022 issue.

Bernard sued Rokita to stop him from investigating Bernard. Rokita also broke confidentiality rules by announcing his investigation into Bernard. The judge ruled that the investigation could continue.

Fuentes will appear in court on January 9. Fuentes will be on trial on January 9th. We will not have all the information the main local media wants. Fuentes pleaded guilty and claimed that he was being set up.
